Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room that had space for 4 adults and 2 bathrooms, facing the Nile River. However, the room was in very bad condition with a strong sewage smell throughout. Disappointingly, there were no complimentary fruits or water in the suite.
My stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, although the design felt a bit outdated, possibly unchanged since the 1990s. The staff, especially Ms. Wissam Galal in the club lounge, provided exceptional support and assistance, making my experience perfect.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I stayed in was in a very bad condition with a foul sewage smell throughout, but on the bright side, it was spacious and offered a lovely view over Tahrir Square and the old Egyptian museum. The service was a bit disorganized, yet the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, facing the Nile and close to the museum, but there was room for improvement in terms of organization upon arrival. The dining experience could get a bit repetitive, waking me up early every morning, although the variety of food was good. The facilities were decent overall.
I had an unforgettable stay at the hotel with the amazing view of the Nile. The rooms were old and the electric was not working properly, but they were spacious. The service was exceptional, with staff who were very friendly and professional. The location was prime, right in the center of beautiful Cairo with stunning views of the Nile River. The dining options were diverse, offering Middle Eastern and Western cuisine. The facilities were impressive, making my stay more enjoyable.
